Episode 52

Bless or Mess: What Happens when Your Spouse becomes Your Colleague?

As if the pandemic hasn't already brought on a gamut of stressors, but married couples have had to care for their families, and... learn to be each other's colleagues too. How has this unexpected and unique dynamic impacted families?

Joining our host, Delia Ng, is married couple Daniel and Alicia Chai who have four children aged between 6 and 12. Delving into the topic of being spouses and colleagues all at the same time, Daniel and Alicia share real stories about how working from home together these past two years have impacted their marriage and family life.

"Our children get a front row seat to how a modern day mum or dad juggles work, parenting and everything in between. They see our worst moments and how we try to press on when things get tough, and even celebrate little mini moments with us!"
